charming stay near jewellery quarter

The room was nicely decorated. breakfast included muesli, yoghurt, and fruit. coffee and tea. the button bar next door offered a 20% discount . That was very kind. i had a meal there and the food was delicious.
the front door didn't seem very secure to me, you could see through it from outside.

The townhouse is very close to the Jewellery Quarter tram station! The staff were very kind and helpful. My room was perfect for one person. It was very clean and surprisingly spacious.
The windows had privacy covering that didn't look great. The covering could be better done.

the bathroom was a decent size (i liked the large mirror).
the noise coming from the button factory next door was not great. a dj played music until late, and it really impacted my sleep. also, i noticed water damage on some walls, made the place seem a little worn.

i got a very nice room. it was decorated well. the location proved very convenient.
there was a lot of noise from the club nearby, i believe it was the button factory. it continued until late at night, until 1 am on one of the nights. the breakfast was like an inconvenience to the staff.
