charming stay!
excellent decororiginal featurescomfortable bedbreakfast station
the room had excellent decor alongside original features and quality toiletries. the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. i appreciated easy check-in and the breakfast station with fresh milk, cereals, and fruit. i would definitely stay here again (especially because of the cocktails at the button factory next door!).
the windows had coverings for privacy, but they did look somewhat subpar. perhaps there could be a better solution implemented.

The staff seemed friendly. The building and room were gorgeous.
The noise from the bar next door made it impossible to sleep because the music was so loud. I may as well have had a bed in the middle of a dance club. I was exhausted the next day as a result. This had a negative impact on my plans.

the bathroom was a decent size (i liked the large mirror).
the noise coming from the button factory next door was not great. a dj played music until late, and it really impacted my sleep. also, i noticed water damage on some walls, made the place seem a little worn.
i got a very nice room. it was decorated well. the location proved very convenient.
there was a lot of noise from the club nearby, i believe it was the button factory. it continued until late at night, until 1 am on one of the nights. the breakfast reminded me of an inconvenience to the staff.
